IMPORTANT - Always keep your knees bent slightly when skating and especially when performing skate tricks. Keeping your knees bent helps you keep your balance by allowing you to adjust your center of gravity and can help prevent you from falling. Safety gear is also a good idea - especially knee pads - I always wear soft knee pads under my jeans. When learning, a helmet is especially important! Try at your own risk! - Have Fun!
